Georgi Ganev

Georgi Ganev has a wealth of professional experience. Georgi began their career in 2012 as a Summer Analyst at Varchev Finance. In 2013, they moved to FinAnalytica as a Risk Management Analyst. In 2014, they joined CommEq Asset Management as a Trading and Quant Research Analyst. In 2018, Georgi took on the role of Head of Research and Data Scientist at Hazy.

Georgi Ganev has an extensive education history. Georgi began their studies in 2002 at the High School of Mathematics "Dr Petar Beron" in Varna, Bulgaria, where they obtained a Diploma of Secondary Education in Natural Sciences and Mathematics in 2010. Georgi then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at UCL, which they completed in 2017. Currently, Georgi is enrolled at UCL, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science.
