Stephen Harman

Stephen Harman has extensive work experience in the technology field. Stephen started their career as a Technical Support Agent at DecisionOne in 1994. Stephen then worked as a Technical Services Specialist at FICO from 1995 to 1996, where they were responsible for software and network installations and provided technical support to clients. Stephen then served as a Technical Support Supervisor at FICO from 1996 to 1999, overseeing the troubleshooting efforts of a call center team. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at FICO as a Technical Engineering Manager, managing engineering projects and analyzing competitors' products. Stephen then joined HBCS in 2005 and held various roles, including Technology Lead, Technology Manager, and currently as Technology Director. In these roles, they have overseen development and operations of innovative solutions, managed IT staff, and ensured technical excellence in application development.

Stephen Harman attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Business Associate of Computer Arts and Sciences degree with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they studied at Kaplan University and obtained a Certificate degree in Computer Systems and Networking Technologies. Stephen also completed their high school education at Coatesville Area Senior High School.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen Harman has obtained various certifications. Stephen became a Certified Outsystems Web Developer in September 2019 through OutSystems. In January 2017, they earned the Certified Sitecore Platform Associate Developer certification from Sitecore. Furthermore, they became a Certified UDel Application and Database Developer from the University of Delaware in December 2000. Lastly, Stephen also holds a Certified ONLC Internet Webmaster Web Developer (CIW) certification, although the exact timeframe for when they obtained this certification is not provided.
