Val Spangler

Val Spangler has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence. Starting in 2009, Val worked as an Analyst at Safeco Insurance, where they developed and analyzed reports and managed agency compensation initiatives. Val then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2011 and held various roles, including Senior Business Systems Analyst and Principal Business Systems Analyst, where they acted as a trusted business subject matter expert and project manager on highly visible projects. In 2017, Val joined Genesys as a Business Intelligence Analyst before joining hc1 in 2018. At hc1, Val has held roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, Sr. Manager of BI Operations, and currently as the Director of Business Intelligence.

Val Spangler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Spanish at Carroll University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued an MBA specializing in International Business at Anderson University.
