Yazan Alderazi

Yazan Alderazi has a diverse background in the field of medicine, specializing in neurology and neurointerventional surgery. Yazan has held key roles at various prestigious institutions, including serving as the Medical Director for Cerebrovascular Disease and Neurointerventional Surgery at HCA Houston Healthcare. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor of Neurology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Yazan also completed fellowships in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology/Interventional Neurology at Rutgers University and Neurocritical Care at the University of Miami. Alderazi has a strong foundation in internal medicine, having served as an Internal Medicine Intern at Boston University.

Yazan Alderazi attended the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland RCSI from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Medicine (MB BCh). In 2023, they also obtained a Certification as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
