Makarand Sawant is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the banking and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for HNW Product & Process at HDFC Bank since November 2019, Makarand has focused on optimizing CRM and IVR systems for enhanced operational efficiency. Previous roles include managing credit card sales and leading teams at both HDFC Bank and DAMAC Properties, where Makarand successfully onboarded new channel partners and provided comprehensive training on sales processes. Makarand's career also includes substantial experience in developing sales strategies and managing marketing teams at various companies, including Citi and airtel.
