A few members have experience working in compliance at IDFC Ltd and DSP Merrill Lynch. Risk management is another area of expertise for some team members, who have worked at IL&FS and PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. The team also has members with experience in product development at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and EY Corporate Finance. Other members have experience in sales and customer support from their time at BNP Paribas Investment Banking, ICI India Limited, and Cogensis Networks Pvt. Ltd. Finally, the team is rounded out by members with degrees in finance and marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Xavier Institute of Management.
