Neetika Bhatia

Neetika Bhatia is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HDFC Securities. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Neetika has previously worked at Trica as a Human Capital and ESOP Consultant, and at Citibank India where responsibilities included HR Business Partner for the Institutional Clients Group, Talent & OD Specialist, and Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Prior experience also includes a role as Compensation Specialist for the APAC region at Citi and serving as Assistant Manager at Atos Origin.
