Over the last 15 years I have advised a broad range of FTSE, private and international companies on financial and corporate communications. In addition to supporting clients on day to day matters, including building support for their investment case, my experience also encompasses advising many high profile situations. These include events such as the Alton Towers rollercoaster incident and the cyber-attack on TalkTalk, helping clients like Alliance Trust to deal with activist investors and transactions, such as Equinix’s acquisition of Telecity, iSquared’s acquisition of Viridian and the initial public offer of Merlin Entertainments.

Prior to joining Headland, I was a partner at Tulchan Communications.
