Jonathan Kaplan

Jonathan Kaplan is the current General Counsel at HeadSpin. Jonathan has previously served as General Counsel at ChargePoint, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2020, Vice President of Legal Affairs at Coulomb Technologies, Inc. from July 2010 to September 2020, and as a Board Member at YSI from January 2002 to December 2009. Jonathan is also the owner of the Law Offices of Jonathan Kaplan, which they founded in October 2001. Prior to that, they worked as an associate at Skadden Arps from January 1997 to December 1999 and at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from January 1993 to December 1996.

Jonathan Kaplan attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where they studied Communications/Political Science. Jonathan then went on to attend law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where they received their Doctor of Law degree. Finally, Jonathan Kaplan completed their education with an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
