Pennie Sponsel

Pennie Sponsel is the current Vice President of People & Culture at HeadSpin. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of People Operations at Reputation.com from May of 2018 to January of 2021. Pennie has also held the positions of Director of People Operations at ChargePoint, Inc. from September of 2011 to May of 2018, Human Resources Manager at Bracket (a division of UBC) from October of 2010 to September of 2011, and HR Director at Workshare Technology from April of 2006 to November of 2009.

Pennie Sponsel began their education with a PHR certification from an unknown school. Pennie continued their education by earning a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in management from Chadron State College. After working for some time, Pennie decided to return to school to earn a certificate in human resource management from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
