Dragan Milicevic is an experienced leader in executive education and organizational development. As the Founder and Owner of Exceptional Performance since April 2010, Dragan Milicevic focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness through various programs, including executive coaching and team-building initiatives. Dragan Milicevic also serves as a Partner and Co-Founder at Altitude Leadership Partners, and holds adjunct faculty positions at Headspring, Duke Corporate Education, and Korn Ferry. Prior experience includes roles as Head Trainer & Coach at McKinsey & Company, Manager of International Management Development at Beiersdorf, and HR Manager for Training & Development at Bertelsmann. Dragan Milicevic holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
