Katy Ashdown

Katy Ashdown is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in senior interim finance roles. Currently serving as Manager - Senior Interim Finance at Headstar since May 2023, Katy previously held several key positions at Robert Half from April 2017 to March 2023, including Business Manager - Senior Finance and Accounting and Senior Consultant - Senior Interim Finance. Prior experience includes working as Client Account Manager at Don't be a Tourist from October 2015 to October 2016 and as Senior Recruitment Consultant - Senior Interim Finance at Robinson Keane from 2007 to 2015, specializing in the recruitment of senior interim finance professionals across Yorkshire. Earlier in Katy's career, an Operations Manager role at Halifax from 2003 to 2007 was also undertaken.
