Iryna Pupko

Iryna Pupko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Iryna started their career in 2017 as a Teacher of geography and economics at Kaharlyk Secondary School No. 3, where they achieved notable success with their students. During this time, their students won prize places at regional school olympiads and the regional Junior Academy of Sciences. Iryna also created a student government and organized various events for career guidance and entertainment.

In 2019, Iryna joined Private school BroBots as a Deputy Principal, where they served until January 2021. Following that, they worked at Teach For Ukraine as the Head of Recruitment from January 2021 to November 2021.

Currently, Iryna is employed at Headway: Fun & easy growth, where they hold the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist since November 2021. Iryna has recently been promoted to the position of Human Resources Operations Manager in December 2022.

Throughout their career, Iryna has demonstrated their expertise in education, recruitment, and human resources operations.

Iryna Pupko completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Geography teaching at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University from 2017 to 2019. In July 2021, they obtained a certification from Genesis Tech's Genesis Recruiting School.
