Emily Van Blargan is an accomplished Senior Talent Sourcer at Headway since October 2021, specializing in recruitment across tech and business roles. Initially the first Talent Sourcer at Headway, Emily supported the hiring and talent teams in sourcing for various technical positions and flexibly adapted to business roles.
