Katherine Pease

Katherine Pease has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Katherine'smost recent role was as the Science, Policy & Outreach Director at Heal the Bay, where they provided leadership to the department, managed programs and staff, and built relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to that, they were a Watershed Scientist at the same organization, responsible for water quality assessments, community science programs, and representing the organization in stakeholder groups.

Before joining Heal the Bay, Katherine worked as a Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where they taught a course on evolution for non-science majors and supervised teaching assistants.
