Elena Razumova

Elena Razumova has a long and varied work experience. Elena began their career in 1995 as a Senior Manager for the Executive Search Service at Ernst & Young. In 1997, they became the Publisher of Harper's Bazaar Russia, where they were responsible for running all operations of the monthly glossy upscale magazine, including sales, marketing, editorial, distribution, staff management, and P&L. Elena then moved to Sanoma Independent Media in 2007, where they held multiple roles, including General Director of Fashion Press LLC - Hearst Magazines and Sanoma JV, CEO of Mondadori LLC, Group Director of Harper's Bazaar, Robb Report, Grazia, and Special Projects Department, and Publisher of Grazia. In 2015, they became Managing Director of Instyle, where they were responsible for full operations of the magazine business, digital development, efficiency and crisis management, client relations, ad sales, and communication with foreign partners. Elena then moved to EDEM Couture in 2017 as Managing Director of Operations/Project Base. Most recently, they held the role of Co Managing Director at Healbe Corporation, beginning in 2018.

Elena Razumova completed their MBA from Sanoma Executive Program in 2013, with a focus on innovations and strategy. In 2002, they attended Higher School of Economics for a course in "Management in a modern company". In 1987, they graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a bachelor's degree in Interpreter's Department, specializing in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
