Tsahi Altaras

Tsahi Altaras is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in research and development within the medical device sector. Currently serving as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Healium Medical since August 2022, Tsahi focuses on sheet metal design and the development of precision assembly jigs and calibration fixtures for ultrasound devices. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at XACT Robotics, where responsibilities encompassed transitioning projects from R&D to production and overseeing the development of manufacturing jigs and fixtures, as well as conducting fault root cause analysis and training. Tsahi also worked as a Research and Development Technician at Magenta Medical Ltd., specializing in the assembly of small medical devices, and served as Head Technician at Beta-o2 Technologies Ltd., where tasks involved prototyping, manufacturing, and performing engineering experiments. Tsahi is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and holds an Associate's degree in the same field from Atid Tel-Aviv.
