Arun Prasad

Arun Prasad leads HCSC’s long-term planning, business and corporate development, strategic investments and enterprise risk management and subsidiary oversight.

Before joining HCSC, Arun was a managing director at Moelis & Company, where he led teams executing mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other equity and debt transactions. Previously he was an investment banker at Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank in their health care investment banking groups. Arun has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
