Matthew Williams

Matt has been in the staffing industry since 1998 with the vast majority being in travel nursing. Since joining Health Carousel in 2013, Matt has helped develop a nationally recognized brand while overseeing recruiting and client relationship management for the company’s Tailored Healthcare Staffing line of business by developing and delivering strategic recruitment training and sales support. Matt’s key priorities include maintaining quality customer and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining THS, Matt worked as a Recruiter, Recruiting Team Leader, Recruiting Manager, and Sales Manager for On Assignment’s Nurse Travel Division during a 12-year period.

Matt earned a BA degree in Communications Management and a minor in Marketing from the University of Dayton.

Matt was a standout varsity soccer player at the University of Dayton. He also was elected to the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) while attending Dayton.

Matt’s other interests include recreational ice hockey, golf and running, having completed two marathons. Matt currently resides in suburban Cincinnati with his wife and three children.
