Winnie Kirker-Culbert

Winnie is the VP of NEXTLocums and has responsibility for the Dayton and Cleveland offices. In this capacity, Winnie’s primary focus is on the development and growth of the locum tenens division, developing relationships with their vendor partners, and providing leadership to the travel nursing and locum tenens divisions. In addition to her management position, Winnie carries her own successful book of business.

Winnie has over 15 years of experience in the medical staffing industry. Prior to joining Next Medical Staffing, Winnie was an Account Manager with a local per diem nurse staffing company and a Senior Account Manager for a travel nurse staffing company. Winnie was consistently one of the highest-producing managers at both companies. She began her career in healthcare staffing as the Housing Director for a nurse staffing company.

Prior to entering medical staffing, Winnie spent 12 years in secondary education, with her last three years as a supervisor of one of the largest career and technical schools in the country. In this capacity, Winnie supervised teachers spread across 36 school districts in Southwest Ohio.

Winnie is a world traveler, but craves the warmth of the beach. She is an avid sports fan and has a particular fondness of College basketball. Go Cats! Winnie’s favorite moments are spent volunteering for special causes and traveling with family and friends.
