Belinda Tipkelan

Belinda Tipkelan, MBA, is an experienced professional in Medicare product strategy and management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Healthfirst since June 2016, where previous experience includes the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to Healthfirst, Belinda held the position of Senior Market Research Specialist at EmblemHealth from October 2013 to May 2016, and served as a Senior Researcher at Radius from January 2011 to September 2013. Earlier career experience includes Research Manager and Senior Research Executive at Nielsen from March 2003 to December 2010. Belinda holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
