In my current role, I oversee our Human Resources team as we partner with leadership to contribute to organizational success. Our company is fully remote with employees in all 50 states. We handle all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, benefits administration, employment law compliance, and talent acquisition.

My previous roles include being on the Human Resources team for a rapidly scaling health insurance company and startup of a multispecialty, multi-location group medical practice. I also led the Human Resources team for a management company that has facilities in multiple states, with many being governed by federal contracts.

Through collaboration within a team setting I am able to make sound business decisions, find opportunities, and foster a positive, productive culture that celebrates employees.
