Damon Kinney

Damon Kinney, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Analytics, Strategy, & Population Health at Health Services For Children With Special Needs since May 2023. Prior to this role, Damon held the position of Manager at Aptive Resources from May 2020 to May 2023 and was the Accreditation Program Manager at APWU Health Plan from 2018 to 2020. Damon’s extensive experience also includes significant roles at Johns Hopkins Health Plans, where responsibilities included Director of Customer Service, Director of Quality Assurance, and Project Manager for Claims and Metrics Analysis. Damon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Coppin State University.
