Jason Dykeman

Jason Dykeman is an Information Services Senior Systems Administrator at Health Share of Oregon. Jason has over six years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on systems engineering and cloud migrations.

Jason began their career in August 2013 as a T3 Service Engineer with Covenant Technology Solutions. In this role, they supported complex, high availability environments for a wide variety of clients and acted as an escalation point for members of the service team. In 2018, they were promoted to Professional Services, where they deployed and migrated new installations and services and trained and mentored the service team on new technologies being implemented.

Jason was the primary engineer partnered with customers in the realm of compliance. Jason worked directly with vendors and clients to meet PCI/High Trust auditing needs that included discovery and remediation of vulnerabilities and risks.

Some of Jason's key achievements include actively participating in SWOT analysis activities and contributing to the development of standards including internal policy and procedures. Jason has also provided leadership and guidance to service team members in daily operations, and has mentored individuals in pursuit of their skills growth goals.

Jason Dykeman has an associate degree in computer science from Heald College. Jason is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. Jason is also certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional.

They are on a team with Sam Lasin - Information Services Senior Database Developer, Ryan Brown - Information Services Systems Engineer, and Megan Brophy - Information Services Infrastructure Operations Manager. Their manager is Chris Diaz, Director of Information Services.
