Brittany Royal-Killam

Brittany Royal-Killam has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare IT. Brittany currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Health Systems Informatics (HSi) since January 2023. Prior to this, they were associated with DFWHIMSS as the Vice President of Sponsorship and the Chair of HIMSS Texas Regional Conference-VISION from 2021.

From 2021 to 2023, Brittany worked as a Senior Account Executive in Healthcare at Zivaro, where they focused on technology, cloud, infrastructure, security, analytics, and managed services to strengthen healthcare organizations.

Before joining Zivaro, Brittany was a part of The First Tee of Greater Dallas as a Board of Governors member from 2015 to 2022, where they utilized golf as a platform to provide character-building and life skills lessons to young individuals.

In their career, Brittany has also served as the President of HIMSS South Texas Chapter from 2019 to 2021 and as the President-Elect from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they have worked as the Director of Client Services at Divurgent, a nationally recognized company focusing on healthcare IT solutions, from 2018 to 2021.

Prior to these roles, Brittany held positions such as Client Service Executive, Health IT at Modis from 2015 to 2018, Membership Chair at LAHIMSS-HIMSS Louisiana Chapter from 2016 to 2017, National Account Executive and Sr. Account Manager at Optomi from 2013 to 2015, and National Account Executive - Healthcare IT, Account Manager, and Technical Recruiter at GDH Consulting from 2011 to 2013.

Brittany Royal-Killam attended the University of North Texas from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
