Jessica Lamboy, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the NJ Program Manager and Mentor Coach (Volunteer) at America Needs You since July 2023, focusing on providing mentorship and career development for first-generation college students. Previously, Jessica held the position of Senior Human Resources Coordinator in Global Research & Development at Bristol Myers Squibb from May 2023 to June 2024, and served as a Human Resources Business Partner at The College of New Jersey from November 2010 to May 2023, overseeing recruitment processes and developing training programs. Additionally, Jessica was actively involved in various leadership roles at The College of New Jersey, including Chair of the Staff Mentorship Council and Co-Chair of the Women's Professional Network. Jessica's academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership, along with a Graduate Certificate in the same field from The College of New Jersey, and a M.A. in World History from Monmouth University.
