Greg Smith

Greg Smith has over two decades of experience in project management, specializing in the design and construction of medical facilities and higher education projects. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Healthcare Realty Trust since July 2006, Greg oversees medical facility projects within the Investments Department. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a Project Manager for the Tennessee Board of Regents from 2004 to 2006, managing higher education facility projects across the Western Division of Tennessee. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager for the Tennessee Department of Finance - Capital Projects Management from 1999 to 2004, where Greg was responsible for capital projects across various state departments. Greg holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
