Tanisha Nigam

Tanisha Nigam is currently a Software Engineer Intern at Healthcare Systems R&A Inc. since May 2023, with previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Vision and Image Processing Group from January to April 2023, and a DevOps Software Engineer Intern at Manulife from September to December 2022. Earlier roles include Operations Manager and Graphic Designer at Waterloop from January to September 2022, and a Technical Analyst Intern at BlackBerry from January to April 2022. Tanisha served as a Teaching Assistant at Kumon North America, Inc. from September 2019 to August 2021, was the President and Co-founder of Xpand from September 2020 to June 2021, and acted as Deputy Returning Officer at Élections Canada for a brief period in October 2019. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Tanisha's educational background also includes completing secondary education at Hodan Nalayeh Secondary School from 2017 to 2021.
