Before their tenure at McKesson, Jeffrey worked at Independent Health as the Corporate MIS Coordinator / Programmer Analyst, coordinating IT efforts and designing and enhancing various healthcare applications.

In 2019, Jeffrey pursued a Certification in Counseling/Counselor from the Counseling Institute of the Chapel at Crosspoint.
