Sarah Oomen

Sarah Oomen has a diverse work history, spanning from 1998 to 2019. Sarah started their career at ADAC Automotive, Inc as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator before becoming the Manager of Communications. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt & Howlett. Following that, they joined Humana and held positions as a Commercial Sales Coordinator and later as a Medicare Marketing Manager. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Loyalty Marketing Specialist at Spartan Stores before transitioning to Berends Hendricks Stuit Insurance Agency as an Account Executive and Health Care Reform Specialist. Subsequently, they worked at Aon as a Sales Executive and then at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., as a Sr. Relationship Manager. Sarah then moved to Conduent HR Services as a Director - Benefit Wallet Growth Initiatives before joining HealthEquity as a Regional Sales Director for MI & OH in 2019.

Sarah Oomen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Grand Valley State University. Sarah also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Grand Rapids Community College. In addition to their degrees, Sarah has obtained certifications as a Michigan Resident Producer for Accident & Health, Life and Variable Annuities, as well as for Property & Casualty from the State of Michigan.
