Ms. Wood joined Healthesystems in 2016, bringing with her 20 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity, during which she has held multiple senior leadership positions. As a valued business partner and trusted consultant to executive leadership, she guides the planning, development and implementation of innovative organizational, leadership and employee programs that are critical to the current and future success of Healthesystems. Her guidance and expertise in organizational planning and talent management has been especially valuable in positioning Healthesystems to meet evolving business needs in the rapidly changing workers’ compensation industry.

Ms. Wood holds Senior HR Professional (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations. Throughout her career, her focus has remained on maximizing individual and organizational focus, with proven experience in strategic human resource planning, organizational assessment, change management, employment needs analysis and recruitment, employee communication and counseling, HR technology, implementation of compensation, benefits and rewards programs, and leadership and employee development. Prior to joining Healthesystems, Ms. Woods held leadership positions in industries that include Energy/Utility and Multi-Family Real Estate.
