Vice President Of Operations, Digital Media Services at Healthgrades

Joe Collier has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joe started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Product Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and Program Manager in Powertrain Operations.

After their tenure at Ford, Joe joined Gates Corporation as a Manager of Product Development and later as the Director of Strategy Development. In these roles, they led teams and implemented Lean and Six-sigma process discipline to improve EBITDA and cash flow. Joe also managed product line development and inventory management for the North American automotive aftermarket.

In 2010, Joe joined Healthgrades as the Vice President of Product & Process Innovation, where they developed quality ratings award products and risk-adjusted methodology models for hospital marketing.

Joe then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Business Intelligence at Healthgrades, where they focused on analytics of website properties and web products, implementing operational metrics and dashboards for performance improvement.

Currently, Joe is serving as the Vice President of Operations, Digital Media Services at Healthgrades. Their responsibilities include operational leadership for the delivery of digital marketing programs, development of infrastructure and processes for yield management and data analysis, and overall web properties informatics and analytics.

Joe Collier completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, specializing in Machine Design and Engineered Polymers, from 1986 to 1991. Joe then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Colorado between 1999 and 2001.
