Marta Colussi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marta started their career as an Accounting Intern at Friul Intagli Industries S.p.A. in 2016. In the same year, they served as the Student Ambassador Program Coordinator at Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management. In 2017, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University.

Moving forward, Marta joined Healthline Media in 2018 and progressed through multiple positions over the years. Marta started as an Analyst, Performance, and then advanced to become a Senior Analyst, Performance. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Manager, Performance. In 2022, they became an Associate Director, Performance, and in 2023, they assumed the position of Director, Performance Analytics.

In 2015, Marta obtained their GRE certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS). In 2014, they acquired their TOEFL iBT certification, also from Educational Testing Service (ETS). Marta went on to further their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Marta completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course, offered by Google, at an unspecified date.
