Dr. Adam Pollard

Dr. Adam Pollard, DHA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Dr. Adam started their career in the US Marine Corps as a Sergeant from 1994 to 1998. Dr. Adam then transitioned to the US Army where they held various roles including Combat Medic Student, Licensed Practical Nurse Student, Staff Nurse in Labor & Delivery, Shift Supervisor in ICU, Assistant Director in the Labor & Delivery unit, Clinical Manager, and Assistant Director in Hospital Education from 1999 to 2015. Following their service in the military, Dr. Pollard worked as an Office Manager at QTC Management - A Leidos Company and later at Southwestern Medical Center from 2015 to 2017. Dr. Adam then joined Seamar Clinic as the Health Center Administrator until 2019. Currently, Dr. Pollard is working at HealthPoint (CHC) where they have served as a Site Manager from 2019 to 2021, and presently holds the position of Business Director.

Dr. Adam Pollard, DHA, holds a Doctorate degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, which they completed between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2017. Dr. Adam'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Trident University International, completed from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Dr. Pollard has obtained the certification in Leadership Development to Advance Equity in Health Care from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, though the exact date of completion is not specified.
