Lily Chang

Lily joined HealthQuest in 2021 and brings experience in medical technology start-up operations, and commercial and vendor due diligence. Prior to joining, she was an investor with Kaiser Permanente Ventures.

Lily started her career at LEK Consulting, advising healthcare clients on growth strategies and conducting acquisition diligence. From there, she went onto work at digital health start up HeartFlow (NYSE: HFLO). She managed and developed market commercialization and expansion strategy and operations for their US, UK, and European businesses.

Lily holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
