Mili Cohen

Mili Cohen has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Mili is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HealthShare Victoria, a role they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Supply Chain at the same company from December 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining HealthShare Victoria, Mili had their own business as a self-employed professional, taking a career break from September 2021 to December 2021.

Their previous positions include being the National Operations Manager at Linfox from 2019 to September 2021, and the Regional Operations Manager at Super Retail Group from 2018 to 2019.

Mili also held managerial roles at Bulla Dairy Foods, Lion, Coles, DB Schenker, and Alphapharm, showcasing their expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and IT operations.

Mili Cohen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Exercise Physiology & Biomechanical Science from The University of Queensland, completed in 1994. Mili also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2004. Mili has additional certifications in Prince2 from ILXGroup in 2018 and Lean Six Sigma from Aveta Business Institute from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they hold a Working with Children check certification obtained from the Victorian Government in October 2017. Mili is currently pursuing a degree at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, starting in 2022 and expected to be completed in 2023.
