Andy Fang

Andy Fang has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Andy is currently working as the Head of Integrated Business Planning at HealthShare Victoria, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Demand and Supply Planning at the same company from March 2022 to October 2023. Between 2021 and 2022, Andy took time off work to be a full-time parent. Before that, they were the Demand Planning Manager - ANZ at McCain Foods from June 2020 to September 2021. Andy has also held positions such as Supply Chain Planning Manager at The Collective OZ from August 2018 to June 2020, Customer Supply Chain Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from February 2018 to August 2018, and Demand and Supply Planner at Nestlé from February 2016 to February 2018. Andy also worked as a Senior Procurement Analyst and Regional Supply Planning Lead at Ridley Inc. from October 2010 to March 2013. Prior to that, they were the State Supply Chain Manager - VIC, SA & TAS at Cheetham Salt Limited from September 2008 to October 2010. Andy started their career at ACFS Port Logistics, where they held roles such as Fleet Controller and Import and Export Operation Coordinator from 2005 to 2008. Andy'sfirst role was as a Project Delivery Manager at the Shanghai Stock Exchange from July 2004 to August 2005.

Andy Fang attended Port Barre High School from 1993 to 1995, where they completed their high school education. Andy then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Information System from Utah State University between 1996 and 2000. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from La Trobe University.
