We are looking for a Capacity and Schedule Coordinator Working Student to further strengthen our team in the U.S.

During a typical day, you will...

You’re helping our team with the day-to-day activities, so we can keep the work flow going and helping with projects to streamline business needs! You play a super important role within the team, so you would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Manage our schedule and capacity management software (When I Work)
  • Data entry in When I Work
  • Approve / decline time of requests based on company and business needs
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops team on capacity and schedule planning
  • Work with the Sales Operations Team to help manage the capacity and working schedule company wide
  • Include handling PTO and sick time requests
  • Update our schedule and capacity management software on a daily basis
  • Manage the centralized scheduling inbox.

Your Profile…

  • Working Student with the availability to work 2 - 3 hours in the morning (EST) from Monday – Friday
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The knowledge to perform When I Work administrative functions is a plus
  • You’re an ambitious self-starter—you love learning something new everyday and jumping headfirst into new projects
  • You are very friendly! You keep the good vibes going and amp up our team to reach their goals!
  • Responsible dependable strong work ethic structure
