We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full stack Engineer – Marketing Tech to join us as we are shaping this fascinating consumer healthcare space!

During a typical day, you will:

• Support the business on acquiring new customers and reactivating existing ones
• Design, build and maintain reliable and scalable web services (both frontend and backend)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Marketing Tech roadmap - together with the teams in Berlin
• Work closely with Marketing and Customer Acquisition teams to understand their needs and develop technical solutions that deliver business value
• Implement and maintain data integration from various sources to support Marketing Analytics
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web services, ensuring high responsiveness and minimal downtime
• Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify and fix bugs. Ensure high standards of quality in all software releases

Your Profile:

• Javascript ES6 or newer + Typescript
• Relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL)
• 5+ years experience of Backend Experience (NodeJs, Java spring, PHP, Python, FastAPI)
• 5+ years experience with React frontends
• Comfortable with Docker and containerization
• Experience with a 2nd backend framework (e.g. Python, Go, PHP, Java) (Preferred not required)
• Experience with a 2nd frontend framework (e.g. Vue, NextJs) (Preferred not required)
• Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Next.js) (Preferred not required)
• Non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) (Preferred not required)
• Previous experience with AdTech/MarTech (Preferred not required)
• Distributed event streaming platform (e.g Kafka, Pulsar)
• Experience with CI/CD (e.g Jenkins, Github Actions)
• Great communication skills (written and spoken)
• Some project management skills
• Must have high attention to detail
• Self-starter spirit who takes initiative
• Team player attitude
• Experience mentoring others
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
