Fabricio de Oliveira Spigolon

Fabricio de Oliveira Spigolon has a comprehensive work experience in the field of electrical power systems. Fabricio is currently serving as the Head of Electrical Power Systems at Heart Aerospace since June 2021. Previously, they gained hands-on experience as the Owner of Brewery Three Lions since September 2009 and as a Dad at Pietro Spigolon since May 2020.

In terms of their professional career, Fabricio worked at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation Global Career from September 2016 to June 2021. During this period, they held the position of Senior Systems Engineer Manager, Technical Lead & Compliance Expert for Electric Power Systems. Fabricio played a crucial role as the Chief Engineer for Electric Power Systems, leading the development and certification of the Spacejet ATA 24. Their notable achievements include reorganizing the Electric Power System department and achieving substantial cost reductions in certification processes.

Prior to that, Fabricio also worked at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Senior Systems Engineer & Technical Lead for Electric Power Systems from August 2013 to August 2016. In this role, they served as the Program Manager and Technical Lead for the Embraer E2 Electric Power Systems program. Fabricio successfully coordinated with customers and regulatory agencies for streamlined program execution and completed activities in close coordination with regulatory agencies and airlines.

Fabricio's work experience began at Embraer, where they worked from July 2004 to July 2013. Fabricio held various positions, including Senior Systems Engineer, Technical Lead & Compliance Expert for Electric Power Systems. Fabricio was responsible for the development and certification of the KC-390 Electric Power System. Fabricio implemented a successful business and outsourcing strategy that significantly reduced costs and led the department in executing a substantial budget for the conceptual development of the KC-390 Electric Power System.

Fabricio de Oliveira Spigolon attended the Universidade Federal do Paraná from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA.
