Erika Guzmán

Erika Guzmán has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. Erika began their career at Mabe SLP as a Communication & Organizational Development Coordinator, then moved to Danone / WhiteWave Foods / Innovation Packaging & Process in 2010 as an HR Manager. In 2018, they became an HR Consultant at Canel's, S.A. de C.V., and in 2020, they took on the role of Head of People at Heartbest Foods.

Erika Guzmán obtained their Licenciada en Administración de Empresas degree in the field of Recursos Humanos from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2000 and 2005.
