Cristi Elder

Cristi Elder has over 40 years of experience in sales and customer service. In 1982, they began their career at Hertz Rent a Car as a Regional Sales Manager, Executive Account Manager and Account Representative. In 2016, they moved to AAA Minneapolis as the Vice President of Membership and Business Development and Senior Manager of Business Development-Membership Sales & Retention. In 2022, they took on the role of Director of Membership & Customer Support at Heartland America, leading and managing the Membership program, Outbound Sales Team and Customer Support Call Center teams.

Cristi Elder attended Moorhead State University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education - Music.
