Marc Bouwer Sphr, Gphr

Marc Bouwer, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and technology management. Marc served as the Human Resources Director at Heartland Farms, Inc. from 2013 to the present, where they led various projects and implemented strategies related to human capital management. Marc also held the role of VP Product at Conservis Corp., a subsidiary of Heartland Farms, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they were the VP of Technology at Heartland Farms from 2013 to 2014.

Before joining Heartland Farms, Marc worked as a contract consultant at Bouwer Consulting Group starting in 2009. During this time, they held the role of Business Director at West Corp., where they restructured leadership and drove improvements in performance and quality scores. Marc also co-founded and served as President of Bouwer Consulting Group, providing strategy, technology, and human capital services to corporate clients.

Earlier in their career, Marc held a senior leadership position at AIG/Travel Guard from 2004 to 2009.
