Donna M. Carroll

Donna M. Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role was as the Vice President for Operational Excellence at HeartShare Human Services of New York, where they were responsible for driving organization-wide performance improvement and leading multiple workforce development projects. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of QA and Training at the same organization. Donna also founded their own company, Illume Inc., where they served as Founder for over a decade. Additionally, they were Co-Chair of Staff Dev. & Training and a Member of Quality Standards & Practices at New York Integrated Network.
