The Design and Operations team at Heartwood Collection ensures our venues are both aesthetically appealing and functionally efficient. Led by the Head Of Design and supported by the Junior Interior Designer, they create cozy, inviting spaces that reflect our brand’s ethos. The Head Chef and Chef curate seasonal menus that delight guests, while the Events & Reservations Manager coordinates memorable experiences. Ensuring everything runs smoothly, the Maintenance and Facilities Administrator oversees essential upkeep and repairs. Their combined efforts make our pubs and brasseries true homes away from home.
