Alex Authers

Alex Authers is an experienced professional in research and insights, currently serving as the Research & Insight Manager at Heathrow since January 2023. Previous positions include Head of Insight at CGA Experience and Experienced Insight Professional from October 2020 to October 2021. Alex held the role of Head of Research & Insight at Gatwick Airport for over a decade and owned AAA Research prior to that. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Research at New Solutions. Academic credentials include A levels from Churston Ferrers Grammar School, a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Portsmouth, and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the University of the West of England.
