Dean Francis

Dean Francis has extensive work experience in IT and supplier management. Dean worked at the London Borough of Enfield from 1998 to 2011 as the Head of IT Supplier Relationship Management, where they managed IT contracts, procurement, and the Council's IT assets. Since 2011, they have been working at Heathrow, initially as the Head of IT Commercial and Supplier Management and currently as the Head of Cyber & Technology. In their current role, they are responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and collaborating with senior business stakeholders.

Dean Francis attended Sir John Cass Church of England School from 1977 to 1983, where they studied subjects including Maths, English, and History. No degree was specified.
