Lisa Kelly

Lisa Kelly has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the fields of talent acquisition, resourcing, and performance. Lisa is currently working as the Head of Talent and Performance at Heathrow since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Heathrow from August 2017 to November 2021. Lisa has also held positions as a Board Trustee at Heathrow Community Trust starting in 2022, and at Above The Stag Theatre from 2019 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked in prominent organizations such as Lebara, Barclays Personal & Corporate Banking, O2 (Telefónica UK), Elan IT, Computer People, Spring Technology, and Integra Human Resources, where they gained extensive experience in talent management and leadership.

Lisa Kelly's education history includes studying at Wrexham University, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Flint High School.
