Conor B. Mcdonough

Conor is a skilled advocate with a proven record of service to business clients across a range of fields, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, software, semiconductor technologies, and also consumer products manufacturing. He has been an instrumental trial team member in numerous matters in federal courts as well as the International Trade Commission. His practice encompasses contract litigation, intellectual property disputes (such as patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright litigation). He has also assisted multiple pro bono clients in obtaining asylum based on persecution as members of the LGBTQ community.

Conor holds a doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, and his broad technical acumen allows him to quickly and easily digest complex technical materials, and to effectively present such concepts to a lay audience such as a judge or jury.

Prior to joining Hecht Partners, Conor practiced at Pierce Bainbridge. He was previously an associate first at Ropes & Gray LLP, then at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Conor is an avid photographer and aspiring woodworker, and is fascinated by human spaceflight.
