Federico Guerreschi

Federico Guerreschi is a seasoned professional in the technology recruitment sector, currently serving as Principal for Global Technology Services and Digital at Heidrick & Struggles since January 2022. Prior to this role, Federico was the Associate Director for the Italian Technology team at Oliver James from April 2015 to December 2021. Federico began a career in technology recruitment as a Manager at Netsource, where responsibilities included recruitment consultancy from April 2014 to April 2015.
